Who am I?

My name is Caterina.

I love to spend time thinking and to discover.

I enjoy playing enigmas, riddles, paradoxes.

I'm always looking for right questions and proper answers.

I'm risk-averse. Yet I like board games such as Backgammon, Risiko or Monopoly and card games like Macchiavelli. While I play with my friends I might become extremely competitive, then angry if I'm loosing, but at the end I pass. If they play well, I'll ask for a rematch.
When I play with my daughters, I'm happier when they win. However I do not cheat to let them win, I play fair.
In team games it is nice to pull together and passing the ball is the basis. If there is a ball.

I'm not a social networker. Yet I love to socialise.

I like to take it easy while appreciating a job well done.

I work as project manager and coordinator in the fields of social inclusion, sustainability and culture.

I studied humanities at highschool, then international economics at university and I added a master in international citizenship.

Sometimes I engage too much. Sometimes I'm too lazy. Finding the right balance is very difficult.

I can be very stubborn. I can become una spina nel fianco (a thorn in your side). In English, a pain in the ass.

Some people eat the best bite on the plate immediately, while some others keep it for last. I like to taste everything right away and keep what I prefer for last.

If I were Einstein, my biggest regret wouldn't be my unanswered questions, but the deviated use of my discoveries.

I love it when a plan comes together!

LAST BUT NOT LEAST!
He is my love. He is a very creative person. Here, for example. He his totally part of me. He makes me feel when I get something wrong. I try to do the same for him.
My daughters are at the center of my hearth and of my thoughts. They bring me lots of joy and some distress. They teach me and put me to the test.
